Alternative to Neti Pot for sinus cleansing? - sinus cleanse

I have a lot of sinus congestion due to illness after illness. I have a clean slate every day, but my ears were very full (I had on several occasions with steroids for them to go). Therefore I can not with the Neti pot, while my ears, but I still have the mucus! I spit a ton of yellow mucus in the morning and often the rest is clear by the day. So, I'm on my third sinus infection this year and get all of my doctors is my anti-(biotic after antibiotics i started taking Astelin, but ran after 4 days because it has only 16 spray and said I should 2 sprays) twice daily to do. I'm more worried sick as I am again! Any other suggestions?
