Can you claim back credit card charges for Balance Transfers? They used to be about £50 but are now 3%? - claim back card protection

When I started on the balance transfer credit card with a card to one, that was independent of even a small fee of about EUR 30-50 of the transferred balance, but now all credit card companies charge a minimum of 3% deferral can be a good addition.
